Network Access
The Tennessee Healthcare Group Health Provider Network is made up of the leading providers in the state encompassing 145 hospitals and over 9,000 physicians. Our comprehensive service area extends from the mountains of East Tennessee to the Mississippi River and North and South to the state lines. Coverage is also available in the border states contiguous to Tennessee.
Covered participants, accessing the THC network, are free to use any physicians or hospitals of their choice. However, benefits will be better and out-of-pocket expenses fewer, when a network provider is used.
Employee ID cards, illustrating the Tennessee Healthcare logo and the regional network names, will be supplied to you by your claims administrator. These cards will effectively communicate to the providers across the state your membership in the Tennessee Healthcare Network.
Provider Directories, a toll-free provider verification phone number and our website provider look-up are tools that will assist you in identifying participating providers across the state.
